HZS Stainless Steel Appointed to Supply stainless steel components for Middlecross Housing Development.
Leeds City Council’s Middlecross development in Armley will deliver 65 high-quality, energy-efficient homes on brownfield land located between Armley Grove Place and Simpson Grove. Designed to support independent living for older people, the three-storey scheme will also include on-site care facilities and communal spaces, such as a 50-seat dining area.
This landmark residential scheme is part of Leeds City Council’s continued investment in sustainable housing and urban regeneration. HZS Stainless Steel Ltd has been appointed to supply a large number of bespoke stainless steel windposts for the development, all designed and manufactured at our dedicated facility. Our experienced team manages every stage of the process—from technical design to fabrication and final dispatch, ensuring precision, safety, and long-term performance across the full range of components.
HZS is proud to be supplying these windposts to Henley Stone Specialists’ Brickwork Division, working on behalf of Morgan Sindall Construction, the main contractor for the project.
